About Our Owner, Steven Demarest

Steven Demarest was born and raised in Susquehanna County and opened the plant in November 2011. He has been supporting the local 4-H youth through the Harford, Wayne and Wyoming County Fairs since he opened his butchering plant. The Harford Fair is a busy week for Steven between helping his family with their own production livestock and taking care of the business at the plant all week long. The week is jammed packed with activities. Nonetheless, Steven looks forward to this week every year. Here are some of the pictures from when he enjoyed showing at the Harford Fair as a child!
